MOSCOW, Feb 27 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest producer of trucks Kamaz expects the non-core division of car production to add 350 billion rubles to the company’s revenue until 2030, the company’s corporate magazine Vesti Kamaza reported on Monday quoting CEO Sergei Kogogin.
“Kamaz plans to receive additional revenue of 350 billion rubles from cars until 2030,” Vesti Kamaza reported.
In December 2022, Kogogin said that Kamaz planned to define a concept of its car division before the summer of 2023, a separate entity that Kamaz will own partially, and that it may include electric car projects Atom and Moskvich.
Kogogin also told the magazine that the company would create a digital prototype of the Atom car before May.
